Summary

How we trade

Orders are placed against your agreed trade price list. Minimum order quantities apply by sector and are confirmed when your account is opened.

Trade prices are held for the period stated on your price list. Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise.

First orders are payable in advance. Credit terms are available on approval following account review.

Delivery is UK-wide to a single nominated address per order. Delivery windows are confirmed at order acknowledgement.

Shortages or damage in transit must be notified within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Unopened stock in original outer cases may be returned by prior agreement. Bespoke white label stock is non-returnable.

White label production proceeds only on written artwork approval. Minimum run quantities and artwork liability are set out in the project agreement.

Preform and technology licences are governed by a separate licence agreement covering territory, volume, confidentiality and technical support.
