How orders are delivered, where we deliver to, and what happens if something arrives damaged.

Consumer delivery

Consumer delivery charges and timescales will be published here, and shown before payment, once online ordering is connected. Until then, register your interest on the Buy Water page and we will confirm delivery cost and timing directly with you.

Trade delivery

Trade orders are delivered UK-wide to a single nominated address per order. Delivery windows are confirmed at order acknowledgement, and delivery terms are set out in your trade account documentation.

Damage or shortages

Please tell us about damage or a shortage as soon as you can, with a photograph where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Trade shortages and transit damage should be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
