Consumer terms
These terms apply to orders placed by consumers. Business and wholesale orders are governed separately by our trade terms.
Not yet complete — editor notice
This policy cannot be treated as complete until the following business information has been supplied and inserted:
- · Registered company name, number, VAT number and registered office address
- · Consumer price, delivery charges and whether VAT is included
- · Payment provider and accepted payment methods
- · Order acknowledgement and dispatch process once checkout is connected
Ordering
Online ordering is currently being prepared. Until it is live, the Buy Water page collects a registration of interest rather than an order. Registering does not create a contract and does not place an order.
Once online ordering is live, a contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.
Price and payment
Prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes will be shown clearly before you commit to an order. We will state whether delivery and VAT are included.

Cancellation and returns
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights, and how to exercise them, are set out in our returns and refunds policy.
Product information
We describe the product as accurately as we can. Where a technical or environmental figure is still being verified, we say so rather than publishing an unconfirmed claim.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
