Returns, refunds and cancellation
Your cancellation and refund rights, how to use them, and how trade returns differ.

Consumer cancellation
As a consumer buying online you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Nothing here reduces your statutory rights.
Faulty or damaged goods
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or not as described, contact us with your order details and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you, including delivery costs where appropriate.
Trade returns
Unopened stock in original outer cases may be returned by prior agreement. Bespoke white label stock produced to your approved artwork is non-returnable.
How to start a return
Email us with your order reference and what you would like to happen. The returns address and contact will be published here once confirmed.
