Trade FAQ

The questions buyers ask before they ask for a price

Straight answers, including the ones where the figure is still being verified.

What is the minimum order for trade supply?

Minimum order quantities differ by sector — a coffee shop orders by the case through a distributor, a wholesaler by the pallet. Exact minimums are confirmed with your trade quotation.

What does 'compostable' actually mean here?

The bottle is made from a plant-derived preform rather than standard PET, and is designed and certified to break down under managed industrial composting conditions. It is not home compostable and appropriate disposal infrastructure is required. Certificates and test reports are supplied in the technical pack.

How long are lead times?

Branded supply can move from 24 hours because bottling and dispatch are both domestic. White label runs take 8–12 weeks as they include artwork approval and a sample run.

Can we get samples before committing?

Yes. Samples are sent on request with every trade enquiry, and white label projects always include a physical sample in your branding before production.

What formats are available?

500 ml still is the current core format. Additional formats are in development — tell us what you need and we'll tell you honestly whether we can supply it.

Is the water treated or blended?

No. It's bottled as it rises from a single Cornish source, with no treatment, blending or added minerals.

Can we bottle it under our own brand?

That's our white label motion. You get the same water and compostable bottle with your label, format and pack configuration.

We already bottle. Can we just use your packaging?

Yes — that's preform and technology licensing. The preform is designed to run on standard stretch blow moulding equipment.

Do you supply outside the UK?

Our supply chain is UK-first. Export and territory discussions are handled case by case, particularly for licensing.
