Who this policy covers

This policy applies to personal data submitted through this website, including the trade enquiry form, the consumer order registration on the Buy Water page, the distributor enquiry form, the supermarket buyer pack request, the technical pack request and the white label brief.

It also covers data collected if and when an online checkout is connected to this website.

02

What we collect

Contact details you enter: name, company, job title, email address, telephone number and delivery postcode or region.

Enquiry context: sector, business type, nature of enquiry, estimated volumes, target launch dates and any free-text notes you add.

Technical data generated by your visit, such as the page an enquiry originated from.

03

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, route it to the right person and — where relevant — issue trade pricing, samples, specifications or a buyer pack. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests, or the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.

To send occasional product and trade updates, but only where you have ticked the optional marketing consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

04

Marketing consent

The marketing consent box on every form is optional and unticked by default. Declining it does not affect our response to your enquiry.

05

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to operate this website and respond to enquiries, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

06

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting trading relationship, and then for the period required by law. Specific retention periods will be published here once confirmed.

07

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
